The post

We wish to recruit a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to support the work of ENLIVEN, an interdisciplinary research programme across the University’s Medical School and Business School. We work with businesses and organisations that manage nature-based sites to co-design innovative ideas that facilitate access and enjoyment based on research evidence and participatory processes.

The successful applicant will primarily focus on opportunities to create, deliver and assess impact based on our research evidence and project outcomes. The post-holder will join an existing group of interdisciplinary researchers, external partners and stakeholders to co-create resources and tools that effectively translate our research evidence into practical initiatives and actions in the management of outdoor sites to enhance the experience of people affected by dementia and to influence policy and practice. The post-holder will also contribute to ENLIVEN research and project duties.

There is scope for this role to be undertaken in a hybrid or remote capacity, allowing the post-holder to be based anywhere in the UK. Some UK-based travel will be required.
