Postdoctoral Research Associate in Neutron Induced Reactions for Astrophysics

Fixed term - 3 years, from 1 October 2024

Applications are invited for a Postdoctoral Research Associate position at the Nuclear Physics Group of the University of Edinburgh. You will support the experimental programme related to neutron induced reaction measurements planned at international accelerator facilities, such as n_TOF CERN.

This post is available from 1 October 2024, full-time (35 hours per week) for a duration of 3 years.

Your skills and attributes for success:

• PhD in (Nuclear) Physics or about to complete
• Experience in measurement and analysis of neutron induced reactions 
• Good communication skills
