Specifically, the project will be focusing on how lymph node fibroblastic reticular cells govern the lymphocyte function and behaviour during inflammation. We will be using various vaccination models and helminths as model organism to address the stimulating questions related to stromal-lymphocytes cross talk. The postdoctoral fellow will have an opportunity to learn 2-photon microscopy, deep tissue imaging along with novel mice models recently established to identify novel mechanisms that stromal cells employ to regulate the crosstalk with immune cells.
