Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow (two posts) in the Institute of China Economy (ICE) of the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 514979) (to commence as soon as possible for two to three years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.  They should demonstrate an excellent ability to communicate effectively both in writing and in oral presentations in Chinese and English.  Preference will be given to those with prior research experience and a track record of publications in the related disciplines.

The appointees will work closely with the Principal Investigators to conduct research under their supervision in a predominantly independent manner, and pursue investigations on China’s macroeconomy and other related research studies.  They may also be required to perform research administrative duties as assigned.
