Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in Molecular Reproductive Biology and Germ Cell Development in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (Ref.: 499538), to commence as soon as possible for two years, with the possibility of renewal.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in developmental biology, cell biology, molecular biology, medicine, medical/biological sciences, or a related discipline.  Those who are expecting a Ph.D. in 2020 may also be considered. Work experience with experimental animal models is a plus.  Experience in germ cell development, molecular biology, human or murine stem cells, signal transduction, or gonad development would be an advantage.  Applicants should have a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.  The appointee will work with a team on mammalian germ cell development using genetically modified mouse models and various cell and molecular biology methods.  He/She will conduct studies with cell and molecular biology techniques in the general field of reproductive physiology and reproductive medicine.  Enquiries about the duties of the post should be sent to Professor K.
