Post-Doc/ Teaching Fellow (Management, Strategy, HRM & OB, Marketing, International Business, Accounting, Operation Management and Information Systems) Academic Education.

Full Time/Part-time (14 months contract)

Salary (H3): £40,183 - £51,719 per annum including London Allowance

In addition, the quality of our teaching and, in particular, the contribution we make to our students’ employability have been recognised in various national and international rankings.

In line with our growth strategy, we are seeking to appoint one Post-doc /Teaching Fellow to further strengthen our education portfolio and student experience. The post holder is expected to supervise MSc Dissertations and/or Undergraduate final year projects, to provide seminars, lectures and to mark assignments and exams at PGT/UG level and, to support student experience. Experience of teaching management subjects to a high standard, and ability to demonstrate effective and innovative teaching practice at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, are desirable, but not essential.

We welcome applications from candidates who hold Doctorate in a relevant field of Management, Strategy, HRM & OB, Marketing, International Business, Accounting, Operation Management and Information Systems, or be very close to finishing.

The post-holder does not need to have journal publications, however candidates who hold work under review in journal publications in ABS 3-star and above are preferable. The post-holder is welcome to join one of our research groups (Accounting and Auditing Research Group, Human Research Management and Organisational Behaviour Research Group, Operations and Information Systems Management Research Group, Marketing and Corporate Brand Management Research Group, Strategy Entrepreneurship and International Business Research Group, Business Education Research and Guidance Hub).

We are looking for a highly motivated colleague, who is willing to learn and develop their career at Brunel Business School. We want to identify someone who can make a significant contribution to the implementation of our research, teaching and learning strategy with the opportunity of carrying on an academic career with a permanent educational and/or research contract.
