We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Police Lecturer to join our team at DN Colleges Group. As a Police Lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future generation of law enforcement professionals. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to students enrolled in our Police Studies program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake the supervision of students and student groups, including assessment.
  • Manage and supervise students working within practical settings, such as the college gym, studio, MUGA, and sports field, fostering autonomy and independence.
  • Lead by example and promote the delivery of high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment.
  • Implement improvement strategies to help students achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with curriculum teams and contribute to team duties.
  • Attend and contribute to regular area meetings, ensuring effective program management and meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Engage in recruitment and marketing activities, conduct student interviews, and liaise with the wider community in line with college strategies.

This role is permanent, part time (3 days per week)
