Henley Careers, within Henley Business School, is a fast growing, award-winning department with an aim to be one of the most innovative careers services in Higher Education. We are now recruiting for someone to join our Employer Relations team, which plays an important role within Henley Careers by continually evaluating industry trends to ensure our careers delivery is reflective of up-to-date placement and job recruitment developments.

This role will be to manage and coordinate the undergraduate placement activity with Henley Careers, ensuring that regulatory processes are followed as well as take responsibility for ensuring that the programme of employer focused events and activities is planned and delivered effectively to a consistently high standard.  We want to ensure that students are able to engage effectively in activities which will enhance their career prospects, and for employers to recognise the quality and value of events in which they can participate.  We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and enthusiastic who is able to manage up and can work with both students and employers in a positive and proactive manner.

You will have:

  • Experience planning and organising projects and/or events both virtually and in-person
  • Excellent administrative skills, including future planning and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships and networks at all levels.
  • Knowledge in data gathering and analysis as well as CRM systems and databases.
  • Proactive mentality and willingness to seek out opportunities to build Henley connections.
