- £24174 to £28756 per annum (pro-rata if applicable) depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.
The People Services Team in the School of Medicine is a friendly and welcoming team looking to appoint a People Services Coordinator.
You will provide senior administrative support, managing HR processes within the People Services Team, a key central team in the School of Medicine. You will work through a Business Partner model delivering excellence service to the School. You will be responsible for recruitment and the provision of advice on HR processes. You will also coordinate crucial processes, setting and communicating timelines to ensure each process is managed and completed within the timeframes set by the School/University, managing each process through to completion.
Your ability to be proactive and continually improve will ensure our processes are, lean, effective and deliver an excellent customer service.
This is a permanent, full-time role (36.25 hours per week). Arrangements for job share would be considered. Applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 29 hours per week).
