Salary

Full time starting salary is normally in the range of £20,454 to £22,799 per annum with potential progression up to £26,222 per annum


About the Role

Our team looks after the strategic marketing, student pipelines and global partnerships for an exciting, globally renowned business school, and we have a new opportunity to join our team.

Our team’s main responsibility is to attract and recruit learners to the School’s  Executive Degree Programmes, and we are dedicated to providing the very highest standards of customer care both to the delegates attending the programmes and to their internal customers who are primarily members of Faculty and Associates running the programmes. Part of the team’s responsibility is the management of Rankings and Accreditations and the relationship with representatives of external accreditations bodies.  In this role, you will sometimes be customer-facing and will provide efficient and accurate administrative support to the team.

About You

To be successful in this role you will require previous administrative  and project experience in a customer-facing role; be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint but particularly strong in Excel and be able to demonstrate your ability to deal with people at all levels of the business, from all different cultures.  Excellent administrative skills are essential as is the ability to prioritise and organise your workload to ensure relevant procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
