UWE Bristol are one of the largest universities in the South West and one of the largest employers in the Bristol region. We currently have an opportunity for a International Partnerships Team Administrator in Student and Academic Services

About the vacancy: This role involves working in a student administration team providing support for the student record and assessment of students based at the Universities International Partnerships. As a whole the team currently oversees 11,000 students studying in locations such as Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Oman amongst others. You will work with administrative and academic colleagues at the partners you are the administrative contact for as well as with academic and administrative colleagues based at UWE. 

The role is fast paced and diverse due to the varied academic calendars and multiple intakes per academic year that can be in place with partners. You will be involved with helping to register students and provide them with access to teaching materials. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate electronic student records, ensuring that assessment processes are completed and supporting the examining board process. 

About you: The ability to build effective working relationships and work as part of a team with a diverse range of backgrounds and expertise is a key skill. Excellent prioritisation is also an essential ability as you will be required to manage multiple tasks at some points in the academic year. You should also be a strong communicator being able to provide clear explanation of areas for which you are responsible both orally and in writing.

We are advertising for 1 full-time, permanent post, working 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
