The University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD) is an employment-focused university, dedicated to ensuring students from diverse backgrounds develop the academic knowledge and practical skills to thrive.

We are now looking for a Partnership Team Leader to join our Swansea Business Campus for a two year, fixed-term contract until the end of August 2023.

- THE ROLE -

As Partnership Team Leader, you will be located within the Institute of Management and Health Academic Partnerships and will be responsible for standards to ensure we meet the levels of awards.

You will form part of an academic quality team taking operational responsibility for programmes within a designated academic area.

Enhancing the quality of our collaborative offering, you will have regular contact with partners to ensure our delivery of awards is consistent.

Your role will involve:

- Oversight of teaching, assessment, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of the programme

- Academic leadership, support and guidance to relevant staff

- Enhancement of the student experience

- Ensuring the programme(s) operate within the QA framework and in line with University policies and procedures

- ABOUT YOU -

To be considered as Partnership Team Leader, you will need:

- Broad experience in teaching delivery, assessment and student support at undergraduate and postgraduate level, including supervision at PGT level

- Evidence of the design, development and implementation of curriculum content across a range of modules or programmes of study.

- Evidence of providing academic leadership and supervision of others within an area of responsibility, such as a programme team or a collaborative project

- Evidence of undertaking a significant administrative role or position within a school, faculty or university

- Evidence of a leading role in the implementation of Quality and Standards within an academic context.

- Evidence of academic partnership working, particularly with international partnerships.

- An honours degree in a relevant discipline

- A postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline
