The Centre for the Enhancement of Learning and Teaching (CELT), at the University of South Wales (USW), is offering an exciting opportunity to join its Digitally Enabled Education (DEE) Team. USW’s central team seeks to ensure that digital teaching/learning practice is informed by, and informs, wider educational development and teaching enhancement activities. As part of a team of digital education specialists, you will contribute to the delivery of 2030 Strategy and other key strategic objectives relating to digital education through collaboration with and support of colleagues around digitally enabled education.
This post provides an opportunity to work closely with Faculties, Learning Services, IT Services and CELT colleagues, to support and enable the delivery of the USW strategy 2030.
Based at Pontypridd but with travel to all campuses required, we are looking for someone who wants an opportunity to work with colleagues across USW to champion digitally enabled education. The role would be attractive to colleagues with pedagogic experience and knowledge, digital competencies, and a desire to make a difference to student experiences through the opportunities offered by flexible and digitally enabled education.
For an informal conversation about this post please contact Elizabeth Jones, Head of Digitally Enabled Education [email protected]
