We are looking to recruit a part time, fixed terms Post Doctoral Research Associate.   In this role you will play a key role in a systematic review of research on measurement of agricultural productivity growth.  The main duties of the role include:

•    Identifying key research articles, reports and other publications on measurement of all the outputs/impacts of agricultural production including crop yields, livestock products, greenhouse gases, carbon sequestration, changes in biodiversity, animal welfare, rural community wellbeing.

•    Taking the lead on a systematic review of agricultural productivity measurement research including specifying rigorous research questions, developing and testing effective search strings, reviewing abstracts for relevance to this review and in depth review of selected publications.

•    Working with the TFP+ team to critically assess the methodologies and approaches employed by previous studies to measure the impact of research on environmental and other non-market outcomes of agricultural research.

•    Collaborate with the TFP+ team to examine the policy implications and recommendations from this systematic review.

•    All other duties and responsibilities commensurate with the post and the salary range of this grade.
