Murray Edwards College is seeking a Senior Porter to assist the Head Porter and Deputy Head Porter with the day-to-day running of the Porters’ Lodge.  

The postholder will supervise, support and motivate our team of Porters ensuring professionalism, safety and fantastic customer service. 

You will be calm and quick-thinking, good at solving problems and organised with a can-do attitude.

Murray Edwards College is seeking a Painter and Decorator to be responsible for carrying out the College’s painting and decorating needs. 

You will have experience with all aspects of painting and decorating, have the ability to communicate in a friendly and helpful with all members of the College, as well external visitors, and be self-motivated with excellent timekeeping.

£12 per hour 

Murray Edwards College is looking for Casual Waiting Staff to start work in the College Catering Department. The role will involve carrying out a variety of tasks to assist in the delivery of catering services in all the College rooms as required and maintaining a high level of food service. This is a 0 hour contract, with flexible hours of work during the day. A variety of shifts are available throughout the week, and a free meal per shift is included. The salary for Casual Waiting Staff is £12 per hour.  No experience is required, as full training will be provided.
