About the Role

Over the last four years, Contexis have developed a novel and innovative data tool -- the Contexis Index (CI) -- that is based on leading behavioural science. Your role will be to help Contexis to capitalise on the CI and enable a strategic shift from being a consultancy to a higher margin innovative measurement and data acquisition analysis business that gives data-driven insights into human and organisational performance.

The project will focus on the evidence-based evaluation, validation and development of a tool which helps improve the performance of some of the world’s largest businesses through the activation of organizational purpose in culture. For the right candidate there is also the opportunity to be part of the client-facing teams who develop new business and present insights from the tool’s analysis to clients.

About You

You will be educated to Masters level with a qualification and experience in Occupational Psychology, Organisational Behaviour or another relevant subject.  In particular, you will have research skills that involve statistical data analysis.  Preferably, you will also have experience of developing and/or validating measurement scales relating to human attitudes and behaviour.  You may also have experience of people analytics, digital product development and of working with industry on applied research projects.

Importantly, we are seeking someone who understands approaches to scale development in the fields of Organisational Behaviour or Psychology, who has excellent project and time management skills and can communicate complex information clearly and in an engaging manner. You should also be able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in both academic and industrial settings and have a high level of personal motivation for this role.
