As Operations Manager, you will join the Business and External Engagement (BEE) team with responsibility for overseeing the delivery of training and consultancy projects for external clients, and supporting colleagues in delivering organic growth from within the portfolio.

Applications are invited from experienced managers with a background in training and or consultancy organisation. You will have proven organisational, communication, team and project management skills, the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands, good IT skills, and experience in leading delivery teams would be of great advantage in this post.

You will be an excellent communicator with first class interpersonal skills, and as a team player you will have an enthusiastic and positive approach to work.

Working directly to the Head of Business and External Engagement, you will join an expanding team of dedicated staff working on a wide range of projects and initiatives.

Candidates are usually appointed at the bottom of the salary range with a step pay increase until they reach the top of the salary scale.
