We are now looking for a General Operations Assistants to join us on our Swansea campus for part-times roles working 27.5 hours per week.

- THE ROLE -

As a General Operations Assistant, you will provide a professional cleaning service within our Operational Estates & Facilities Department.

Delivering excellent customer services, alongside comprehensive cleaning activities, you will also support maintenance, grounds, cleaning, catering and conferencing, accommodation and reception services.

- ABOUT YOU -

To be considered as a General Operations Assistant, you will need:

- Previous cleaning or domestic experience in a work-based setting

- Excellent customer service skills with previous experience of interacting with customers in a front-facing service environment

- Demonstrate the ability to understand and follow instructions, understanding the use of an established practice, procedure or techniques

- Be strongly self-motivated and proactive in identifying cleaning requirements

- Ability to work effectively as an individual, as part of a team and in partnership with others

- Ability and preparedness to work flexibly, which may include Saturdays, Sundays, bank holidays and out of normal office hours when required, on a rota system
