Campus:  All, with initial base in Belfast Sports Centre

(Fixed-Term until 31 October 2024 / Full-Time)

Job Purpose:

The post-holder will be responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of the UU Sport operations team to ensure the effective delivery and programming of our Sports Centre services across the Belfast, Coleraine, Derry-Londonderry campuses and our Sports Village, Jordanstown. Your role will include responsibility for operating all indoor and outdoor facilities including playing field and water sport operations, while also establishing and implementing a new ‘Customer Service’ framework and standards. The role will also oversee refurbishment, equipment upgrades and overseeing the safe delivery of the UU Sport Health, Safety & Wellbeing plan.
