Open Research Officer

Coventry University is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated individual to join the Research and Scholarly Publications Team. Based in the Lanchester Library, you will support research staff and students to make their research as openly available as possible through the provision of advice, online guidance and training. You will work with researchers to enable them to effectively use the university research repository in support of making their research outputs openly available, as well as helping to raise awareness and consideration of open research practices and publishing options.

You will be a strong team player with an awareness of Higher Education and the research sector environment with excellent customer service, problem-solving, attention to detail and communication skills. You will work both independently and collaboratively as part of a friendly and supportive team. Please note, this role is campus based.
