- The Philosophy Department at the University of Sussex invites applications for a one-year, 0.5 FTE post. Teaching duties will include an undergraduate module in the Philosophy of Race and Racialisation. The candidate will also be expected to teach on the Social and Political Thought MA, and to contribute to the administrative running of the programme.
- Ability to teach Marx and Hegel would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be expected to teach on other modules, to be determined by the candidate's preferences and the department's needs.
- Candidates should have a PhD in philosophy and demonstrated teaching experience. A solid grounding in the history of philosophy with an ability to teach across a range of modules will be an advantage.
