The Nuffield Department of Population Health (NDPH) contains world-renowned population health research groups and provides an excellent environment for multi-disciplinary research and teaching.

The NDPH Fellowship programme is intended to support suitably experienced individuals to develop an independent research area which will enhance Population Health research in Oxford. Under the guidance of senior colleagues, you will carry out individual and/or collaborative research activity within a wider research programme.

Trainee Fellowships are awarded for 1 year and you will contribute to a research project that will enhance Population Health research in Oxford. Applicants should have an MSc in a subject relevant to Population Health (e.g. medical statistics, epidemiology, health economics, sociology, demography, bioethics) and be planning to apply for a DPhil in Population Health in 2024.

The position is full-time (part-time considered). The expectation is that this post will run from 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2025.
