The Department 

This post sits within UWL’s Recruitment and Customer Relationships Team which is responsible for the University’s UK student recruitment and outreach activity and for supporting prospective students from initial enquiry through to enrolment. The Team is part of the Marketing, Recruitment and Communications Department which also includes the Communications and Events, Campaigns, Digital and Admissions Teams.  

The Role 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team as our Course Enquiries Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide a professional information service to external and internal enquirers, including prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students. The post holder’s responsibilities will include assisting enquirers by providing information about the University and its wide range of courses, maintaining up-to-date information related to the University’s course portfolio, and ensuring that enquiries are accurately recorded on University systems.

The Person

We are looking for someone with previous experience of working in a customer service role, an excellent, professional phone manner and a commitment to providing a high level of customer service. You must be approachable, proactive and able to work well under pressure, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding attention to detail, and the ability to work flexibly and on your own initiative to problem solve.
