Fixed-term contract for one year, full time
As the MBA Recruitment and Admissions Advisor, you will play a crucial part in executing the recruitment and admissions process, ensuring efficiency and timely operation. You will provide expert advice to applicants, manage the application process and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to prospective applicants and applicant inquiries at a high level.
- Manage the application process, ensuring adherence to procedures and meeting key deadlines.
- Organise admissions interviews, both in person and via Skype.
- Represent the School and Admissions function at events such as Open Days, Information sessions, Fairs and Webinars.
- Handle post-offer processes, including visas, financial guarantees and contracts.
Candidates must possess highly developed planning and time management skills, demonstrating the ability to anticipate and address workflow challenges and meet deadlines. A teamwork-oriented approach is crucial, along with discretion, tact and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
