Salary
Full time starting salary is normally in the range of £35,559 to £39,434 per annum, with potential progression up to £48,855 per annum

About the Role
The MBA Employer Engagement Manager focuses on developing strategic and tactical corporate partnerships with organisations globally, with the aim of promoting Cranfield’s MBA cohorts and supporting their transition into employment.
You will provide appropriate and up to date sector specific guidance to students to support the achievement of their goals and proactively support them in identifying their career plans, align their skills and self-awareness to develop and implement their career strategies.
About You
This is fast paced, deadline driven position which requires commercial awareness, tenacity and a genuine desire to work collaboratively with employers, students, careers team members and University stakeholders.
You will be educated to degree level or have significant, relevant and equivalent experience within recruitment or business development and ideally a qualification in Business Studies, Marketing or Senior HR/Recruitment.
You will be familiar with the requirements for undertaking an MBA/MSc, the profile of the individuals who study on this type of programme, and the employers who recruit them. You should have recent experience of delivering specialist guidance and learning to adults together with experience in managing graduate transitions into employment (e.g. graduate recruitment or development) in a commercial environment. You should have a strong interest in working with diverse cultural groups, and in particular with international students.
You will have up-to-date knowledge of current labour market trends and higher education for international students together with strong communication skills and able to demonstrate a commitment to enhancing the student experience.
