Salary
Full time starting salary is normally in the range of £35,559 to £39,434 per annum, with potential progression to £48,855 per annum
About the Role
Supporting our School of Management you will undertake marketing duties that span Cranfield University’s range of professional and technical development courses and award bearing courses. As part of your duties, you will forge relationships with key internal stakeholders. In addition, you will draw upon the expertise and support of your colleagues within Student Recruitment and Admissions in order to fulfil the objectives demanded by your role.
You will uncover new channels to market, promote new courses, implement, and fine tune innovative digital and traditional marketing channels whilst building and managing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that goals are met on time and within budget.
About You
You will be responsible for the design and delivery of marketing plans and campaigns across digital and traditional channels to support the achievement of the school’s student recruitment targets, including measuring the performance of all activities and return on investment.
You will be educated to degree level in Marketing or Business-related subject, equivalent postgraduate qualification, or relevant professional qualification. You must be confident and tenacious with strong influencing skills and the ability to build working relationships at all levels and to work with major stakeholders.
You will have excellent communication skills, being able to think strategically, plan tactically and to deliver and measure results.

About Student Recruitment and Admissions
The Student Recruitment and Admissions (SRA) works with and supports the wider University in its goals to; support and drive Student Recruitment, provide a first-class Admissions Service, create and support International Partnerships and support the Schools generally in broader marketing activities.
SRA is largely embedded within schools. The teams across SRA have expertise in the following areas; marketing for Taught, Research and Short Course Student Recruitment, conversion and admissions processing, administration, International Partnerships and recruitment.
