About the role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to provide data analysis and insight support in the Strategic Planning and Market Intelligence team. The team act as a bridge between evidence sources and the business of the university, applying their professional skills and expertise to help answer essential strategic questions being addressed by our colleagues in academic faculties, marketing & recruitment, and other areas.

The role would suit someone who is excited by using data and research to provide insight, and gaining an in-depth knowledge of multiple evidence sources related to the Higher Education sector. You will be highly numerate, with good data skills, attention to detail, the ability to communicate results in a simple way, and a genuine motivation to learn and answer questions. Experience with surveys would be helpful, but previous experience of the Higher Education sector is not essential.

The role will provide support to a team of analysts and planning partners, and be managed by the Market Intelligence Manager.

The team are currently moving to a hybrid working arrangement with a mixture of on campus and home working.
