Salary
£24174 to £28756 per annum (pro-rata if applicable) depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

The Market Insight team is based in the External Relations department and is responsible for the coordination and implementation of research, data analysis and insight to inform strategic decision making within student recruitment.

Applications are invited for the post of Market Insight Officer. This is a fixed term role which will help grow our market insight capabilities. The role will have a particular focus on data analysis to support curriculum and programme development. Reporting to the Market Insight Manager, the role holder will support with the management of primary and secondary market research projects, with particular responsibility for translating data and insight into clear recommendations for stakeholders.

Candidates should have excellent data analysis and data visualisation skills and the ability to communicate complex insights to a range of audiences. Experience of working in a market research environment is desirable. Full details can be found in the role profile.

This role is offered on a fixed term basis until 01/08/2024. Hours of work are full time (36.25 hours per week). Job share arrangements may be considered. External Relations staff are currently working in a hybrid manner with part of the working week spent on Jubilee campus.
