Reporting to the Management Services Team Leader you will:

  • Support HR processes in the School, including the recruitment of staff at all levels 
  • Provide responsive and proactive support, working as part of a team to deliver an effective and efficient high level of administration to support the School¿s operations and varied academic and professional services activity
  • Contribute to School policy development and process improvements that relate to the work of the team 
  • Support the Management Services Team Leader/Department Safety Coordinator in the capacity of Deputy Department Safety Coordinator to ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and requirements
  • Other duties related to the work of the Management Services team as required by the School

You will have 3 GCSE's at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language.
