The School of Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Computer Science is looking to recruit a Grade 4 Admin Assistant to work within the School¿s Management Services Team.

Working within the Management Services Team you will provide support to the team, and wider School, assisting with, events organisation, HR issues and recruitment.

You will provide diary support for academics and will service various committees and meetings as required. The Management Services Team is wide ranging in the support it provides for the School, therefore you will be flexible, able to work on your own initiative as well as with the Team.  Attention to detail is essential as well as a desire to provide a high-quality service to all stakeholders.

The role requires a high standard of IT skills using Microsoft but knowledge of University systems such as TULIP, Sharepoint and CORE would be desirable.

You should have at least 3 GCSEs, grade C or above (or equivalent qualification) including English Language.
