About the Role
Said Business School are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Estates Team, providing vital maintenance duties throughout our School sites.
As Maintenance Technician, you will work proactively and autonomously to ensure that the Said Business School’s buildings are always maintained to the highest standards, with an emphasis on customer service and impeccable building presentation. You will liaise regularly with the Director of Estates, Maintenance Manager and Estates Operations Manager to ensure all activities are carried out in a safe manner and respond promptly to tasks required throughout the school sites.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will have significant experience of engineering and building maintenance and be an excellent communicator with strong customer facing skills. It is essential that you hold a full, clean driving licence, as you will travel regularly between our sites across Oxford. You must be able to demonstrate your initiative and have an awareness of Health & Safety requirements.
This is a busy, varied, and demanding position which has rapidly changing priorities, the nature of the position dictates a certain amount of flexibility by the post holder (36.5 hours per week, with weekend work on a rotational basis, some evening work, and a requirement to be available out of hours for emergencies).
