What You'll be doing:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will work across a rich and varied portfolio including a significant number of heritage assets and prestigious buildings. Your role will encompass:
• Monitoring and maintaining a wide array of machinery and equipment.
• Swiftly responding to planned and emergency maintenance to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborating with specialist contractors to tackle challenges.

To Be Successful You'll Need:
- Experience in mechanical systems maintenance (HVAC)
- Previous experience in maintaining systems while buildings are in use.
- Knowledge of control systems, especially BMS TREND 963.
- Good knowledge of British health and safety standards
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge and experience with CAFM systems, Microsoft Office and basic IT skills
- Experience supervising contractors.
- A commitment to safety, with awareness of relevant health and safety policies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with contactors and other customers
- A dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
Desirable:
Experience with refrigeration, boilers, pumps, water systems and controls would also be an advantage.
