About the role

As a Reactive Maintenance Technician, you will use integrated work management systems and will plan, prepare and carry out building services technical work for all University buildings, interrogating building services systems. You will manage Mechanical and Electrical approved contractors, engaging through procurement and provide day-to-day management ensuring that maintenance work is carried out to the required standard.

About you

You will have a relevant, current trade qualification. knowledge of Health and Safety within the construction / maintenance industry. Good organisation skills to manage external contractors. We are looking for someone who has the ability to work to deadlines, has a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. Training can be given to the right candidate.
