Full-Time, 37 hours per week 

Location – Post holder must be able to travel between all 3 campus locations (Wolverhampton, Walsall and Telford) 

The University Library is seeking to appoint a full-time (37 hours) Library Services Coordinator to join the Library Customer Services Team.

You will become part of a small team of service coordinators dedicated to ensuring a seamless and consistent first-contact support service for our students, staff, and external visitors. This service is provided both in person and remotely, covering the expansive operating hours of the library across three campus locations.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, people management skills and be committed to a high standard of user-focused service delivery in a busy service environment.

You will regularly work from our busiest Wolverhampton campus library, Harrison Library, but you will be expected to work frequently at our libraries at Walsall and Telford Campus. The library service operates 7 days a week and you will be expected to work some evenings and weekends.
