Our expertise in SEND informs both our teaching and our research. Further information about the Department can be found at www.ioe.ac.uk/phd We are looking for a Lecturer in Psychology, with a specialism in autistic employment research, and prior teaching experience in a school. You will be involved in running the day-to-day operations at CRAE, supporting team members, and assisting on a series of policy and practice projects, which will be diverse in nature.

In addition you will contribute to the department’s commitment to open science and support our actions towards decolonizing the curriculum. Congruent with this, you will be a valuable addition to our world-class research and knowledge exchange culture. This is a very exciting post for the right candidate.

As a highly research-engaged scholar in autism and employment research, you will have clear potential for contributing strongly to our future REF submissions – both with respect to research and impact. Knowledge of either or both qualitive or quantitative methods, with a history of high quality research and publication is essential to support us in our teaching and supervision of students at Masters level.
