The Liverpool School of Architecture (LSA), University of Liverpool seeks to make a fixed term, part-time appointment to support its aim in introducing more landscape architectural content into the architectural curricula across its under- and post-graduate courses.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic colleague to teach in an ecology and landscape focused Architectural Studio, as well as in other units in History, Urban and Landscape studies. The role requires experience in leading post-graduate dissertations, teaching in seminar and studio design context, with a preferred backgrounds in landscape architecture and urban design. 

The successful candidate will contribute to teaching in existing undergraduate and taught postgraduate master¿s programmes in Architecture through lectures, seminars, and design studio tutorials. You will be expected to lead an ecology and landscape focused research informed studio `strand¿. While the focus of teaching will be in this postgraduate MArch (RIBA/ARB Part 2) studio context, depending on experience, the candidate may also be asked to contribute to other modules and as directed by the Head of Department. The post is available from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2027 working on a 0.338fte basis.
