37 hours per week, normally worked Monday to Friday. Flexible working will be considered.
Salary
Full time starting salary is normally in the range of £44,001 to £49,048 per annum, with potential progression up to £61,309 per annum
About the Role
This role will support our programme of education and research in life cycle engineering and manufacturing. The role will join the teaching team of MSc Through-life Systems Sustainment and MSc Maintenance Engineering & Asset Management, and will build an independent portfolio of research and PhD supervision.
About You
You will be educated to doctoral level in a relevant subject and have experience in applied fault detection, diagnosis and prognosis for industrial machines, systems or infrastructure. With excellent communication skills, you will have expertise in one or more of:
- Instrumentation for preventive maintenance technologies
- Applied artificial intelligence
- Degradation in machines, systems and/or processes.
