Computer Science and Cyber Security is an expanding area of provision within the Department of Digital Technologies. As a full-time Lecturer in Computer Science and Cyber Security you will teach modules in each year cohort of the BSc (Hons) Digital and Technology Solutions, BSc (Hons) Cyber Security, BSc (Hons) Computer Science, BSc (Hons) Software Engineering, and MSc Cyber Security programmes. 

The successful candidate will have a Doctorate and experience of teaching at undergraduate level or relevant industry experience. Ideally, the successful candidate will also have experience of teaching at postgraduate level and have supervised dissertations at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. An interest in, and a capacity for, applied research is essential.  

The candidate will be a team player with in-depth knowledge of cyber security. A keenness to engage fully in the development and delivery of our dynamic portfolio of Computing and Digital and Technology Solutions programmes and to contribute to our research and knowledge exchange agenda is essential.
