Applicants should be computer scientists with a track record of achievement in research, teaching and engagement and have a compelling vision for their future research and teaching as well as the impact they expect their work can make.

Research, teaching and a collegiate approach are all crucial to us: you should be passionate about joining a team committed to combining both research and education and seeing students succeed.

For these positions we are prioritising a number of core areas of computer science: Networking (above the physical layer) and Networked Systems, Data Engineering and Data Storage Systems, Operating Systems, Distributed Systems, Software Engineering and Programming Languages.
