Full time starting salary is normally in the range of £44,001 to £49,048 per annum with potential progression to £61,309 per annum


The Centre for Systems and Technology Management creates, utilises and promotes systems thinking and other systems methodologies in order to better address the design, development and management of socio-technical systems. We excel at taking an interdisciplinary perspective to deliver solutions to address industry, government and society’s needs and problems.

About the Role

The primary purpose of this role is to deliver teaching and learner support in the field of capability integration and acquisition for an overseas course. This is a developing relationship and requires the post holder to build the customer relationship as well as delivering the educational requirements. There are also a number of UK courses that the post holder will be undertaking preparation, delivery and support for linking this to sound educational practice and theory.  Initially this will involve a period of 4 months, in country support in the Middle East, with occasional travel required from the UK afterwards.  

About You

You will have a Masters level education in a related area; PGCert in teaching in higher education and Fellowship of the HEA.  Significant academic delivery experience as well as applied (government/ industry) experience in the subject matter areas listed within the knowledge section is essential.  A PhD (or nearing completion) in a relevant topic and overseas delivery of Education or training to military or government learners is desirable.
