Job title: People Officer – Learning and Culture

Contract type: Permanent

Salary: Grade 4, £27, 142 – £29,119. Appointments for this role will generally be made at £27, 142 depending on skills and experience. Please note, for internal applicants the salary will be reflected by pay and award policy

Working arrangements: Full time, 35 hours a week OR job share (up to max 35 hours) OR part-time minimum 28 hours - you’ll agree your working pattern with your manager working

Location – Liverpool.  This post is offered within a hybrid working environment with a blend of office and homeworking. Minimum of 6 days per month in the office (pro rata)

The Royal College of Physicians is recruiting a People officer - learning and culture. Purpose and scope

Working within the learning and culture function in the people and culture team, you will build relationships with a range of stakeholders across the RCP to deliver learning and culture projects, initiatives and events. 

Key responsibilities

  • Identify content, commission events, project manage and evaluate diversity, learning and wellbeing programmes and initiatives
  • Facilitate and plan meetings, focus groups, employee network discussions
