The Lead Digital Trainer is a key role to improve business performance, by use of digital tools, throughout the organisation and influence a cultural shift around the use of technology.
You will be responsible assessing organisational skill in and knowledge of current systems that exist within the University Group and provide specialist advice and guidance to staff on how to leverage the technology.
You will be able to demonstrate experience in developing blended learning options, including delivery of face-to-face training and creating engaging on-line interventions.
A self-motivated and results-driven individual, you will have great interpersonal and organisational skills and experience of working effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. You will be expected to demonstrate your exceptional facilitation skills during the interview process.
