A vacancy has arisen for the role of Lead Campus Services Manager. This presents an exciting opportunity to utilise your skills and experience to shape and influence the future direction and provision of the soft services function at the Royal Veterinary College.

The Lead Campus Services Manager will be required to provide leadership responsibility of the day-to-day campus services staff at the Hawkshead Campus, and to provide strategic support to the Camden based Management team to ensure consistency of service across the organisation. The role holder will oversee Cleaning, Portering, Postal and Reception services, including management of the team at Hawkshead Campus to ensure that an effective and professional facilities service is always delivered while maintaining a customer centric approach. 

We are seeking an experienced FM professional who is able to lead, motivate and develop soft services  in line with policies, procedures and regulations, ensuring a flexible and efficient approach to the management, delivery and administration of facilities services. The ideal candidate will have the ability to collaboratively in order to provide a high level of customer service, deliver cost-effective solutions, strive for continuous improvement and aim to provide immediate solutions.

The role holder will lead a positive Health & Safety culture, by applying an up-to-date knowledge of health and safety legislation ensuring the highest safety standards and full regulatory compliance. Agree and maintain health and safety procedure for soft services and ensure that the team, contractors and others adhere to these and the College’s health and safety policies at all times.
