‘Golden Hello’ of £5,000 upon commencement, and an additional £5,000 upon completion of your 12 month probationary period, subject to a retainment funding agreement.

Are you a land-based engineering professional that has the call to teach but does not want to lose contact/pace with industry? 

WUC has an exciting opportunity for a Land-based Service Engineering Programme Leader to lead the development of a new national apprenticeship scheme exclusively for Case / New Holland (CNH) apprentices. Land-based Engineering will be a key factor in the future success of food production whilst protecting the environment and this role will help ensure the industry has the skills it requires to secure its future.

Within this varied role duties will include programme development, programme delivery, partnership management, recruitment and employer liaison. There will be the need to work closely with colleagues in the FE and apprenticeship teams, and work in partnership with the training centre at CNH in Basildon.

The successful candidate will have the relevant qualifications in both teaching and engineering, and will have a track record of high performance in training, education and land-based service engineering. This will be combined with exemplary skills in customer service and partnership management. A track record in delivering high achievement rates for apprentices will also be essential.
