The Department of Knowledge & Digital Services (KDS) at the University of Winchester are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and building relationships across an organisation. Responsible for helping solve customers’ problems and supporting them with their requirements, we are looking for a candidate to share key information, providing a bridge between customers and our department.

The Knowledge and Digital Services (KDS) area at the University of Winchester has a team of Business Partners who provide the links with the academic and other professional service areas of the University. You will have a portfolio of University client areas to represent and report to and to build relationships with. KDS delivers a wide range of services, resources, and equipment to our students, staff and our external guests to the campus. We are determined that our services meet the needs of our customers and have a strong customer service ethos.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have experience of using different tools and mediums (physical and digital) to deliver training, capture requirements, advise on problems and work in partnership with your customers on delivering improvements and enhancements.  A key part of the role is attending various meetings where you will represent KDS, share information and collect feedback from our users to help us do things better.
