The Commercial Projects (CP) team are responsible for growing and delivering a portfolio of strategic relationships, projects and programmes that align to the University’s strategic aims, including engagement and financial sustainability. The Junior Commercial Project Managers have responsibility for managing the logistical, financial and coordination aspects related to upcoming and existing Commercial projects, programmes and activities. The projects and programmes will include those relating to the future development of the Thames Valley Science Park (TVSP) and other commercial opportunities for the University.

As Junior Project Manager you will:

  • work alongside the Commercial Projects team to ensure all project management planning and processes, in relation to the delivery of commercial projects, are identified, prioritised and actioned
  • support the project and programme Leads to develop and deliver the portfolio, and monitor progress and performance, to include supporting delivery of reports and papers
  • ensure the implementation of new project management processes that will improve the delivery of commercial projects
  • work to develop and maintain networks and systems that ensure key internal stakeholders are up to date on Commercial Projects
