The Department

IT Services is the central IT systems, infrastructure, software, and support provider for the University of West London. A trusted and valued partner, we offer IT Services and support to 15,000 students across the globe and 1000 staff users in three sites at Ealing, Brentford, and Reading. 

The Role 

The main purpose of the job is to provide administrative support to the IT Management Team, ensure the smooth running of the IT Services department and provide additional support to the CIO in fulfilling their role. 

This position is a full-time office-based role. 

The Person 

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent, have previous experience of working in an administrative support role, taking minutes and notes from meetings and producing accurate and high-quality documents in a timely fashion.

Experience of diary management, across a number of senior staff, excellent Microsoft 365 skills, particularly in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint. 

Strong customer service ethos. Cooperative, team-working approach plus an ability to work independently.
