About the role

As part of the Hardware & Logistics team, you'll get involved in:

  • Delivering our Face-to-Face IT service for staff
  • Setting up new IT labs across the campus
  • Working with 3rd party suppliers
  • Helping to deliver IT aspects of Capital and Revenue projects
  • Working closely with customers to see how we can help them better

About you

You will be hard working and driven to succeed, with a gift for troubleshooting IT issues and a focus on delivering excellent customer service. You will be someone with a keen eye for detail who understands the value of maintaining detailed records. You'll have a flexible approach to work and an ability to work on your own initiative. Strong organisational and communication skills will play a significant part in being successful in this post.
