Open Ended contract 35 hours per week

We are looking for a digital specialist who will lead on and support several DIT services in CAHSS, particularly MS SharePoint Intranet and related applications.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality solutions, advice, guidance and professional support to the College and its Schools on digital (internet-intranet) processes and content. 

The Opportunity:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team in a varied and challenging role.

The post holder will liaise with colleagues across the College and beyond, providing consultation and timely support for several digital platforms and applications used by the team.

You will have a key role in gathering user requirements and working closely with the digital developers and external suppliers to ensure that the solutions are fit for purpose.

Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Experience in Intranet service administration, preferably Microsoft SharePoint
  • Experience in service management and delivery
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent  communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
