The Role

We are looking for 2 new International Student Compliance officers to join our diverse and vibrant International Student Compliance (UKVI) Team. The team has oversight of UKVI compliance across the student lifecycle for our international students. As an International Student Compliance Officer, you will take a lead on our operational service delivery for either Permission to Study or Reporting Change in Circumstances to UKVI, alongside service wide responsibilities covering the breadth of the service.

With first-rate communication skills, you'll be committed to providing excellent customer service and demonstrate a professional approach when managing enquiries and giving advice, guidance, and information. You must have excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy, as the ability to interrogate data and act on decisions in these roles is key. You will be able to plan, organise and prioritise your own work in a proactive and flexible manner, alongside guiding and motivating the team to achieving our service level agreements and long-term goals.

Experience of carrying out a range of administrative duties in an environment of complex regulations and procedure is essential to the role. You will be proficient in the use of IT systems, including records management systems and/or other specialist software, and will have experience of working with complex data sets.
